Himalayan pink salt is unprocessed and unrefined. it is possible to buy it from this company fine ground or course crystals. Both are extremely good. Best Himalayan pink salt I have found.

Can I use this for curing meat

You could but it's an expensive dry cure unless it's for something small like a duck breasts or baking potatoes. Less expensive if you are wet curing and would be ideal for ham and bacon.

It is not iodised but may naturally contain small traces of iodine, if you have an iodine deficiency you would likely have to source iodine supplements elsewhere other than this salt

Does it contain iodine?

You will find Himalayan salt contains less iodine than other salt's but does contain naturally a trace amount.

I’ve started having about a quarter teaspoon of this in a mug of warm water with a squeeze of lemon and a few drops of apple cider vinegar (with ginger) first thing every morning. I find it a pleasant drink.
