I’ve had ‘Nduja several times over the years and always from visits to good Italian restaurants and Italy itself. If I see it on the menu I’ll have it. There are copies out there in the form of spreads and jars but always have that ‘container bought’ taste. This is the first time I’ve purchased it as it should be and had all to myself.This is the authentic taste I had in Italy... spicy... meaty and just stunning.I slice a bit of refrigerated sausage and leave it out to become room temperature and mushy before spreading it on ciabatta or literally anything. Fully recommended for anyone who loves Italian food.
