Healthier than many other spreads.

I only changed to this as an experiment when it was on promotion, I was a diabetic (type 2), and had pills for it, I also have high cholesterol, not massively so, but with my disability it was a precautionary diagnosis, but turned out to be allergic to the meds for that.Now I can't say this has a definite factor too these conditions, I don't know if other factors may have contributed to it, but I am now Prediabetic, and they are happy with my cholesterol, they kept asking (and still do) what changes have I done to have changed this, and I say nothing, because they are thinking I had a big change in my diet.But I still have everything that I always have done in my life, this is my only notable change, so as I said at the start of this, I can't say this is why I have changed in my status, but if nothing less it can't do you any harm, I just gave it a go thinking of the adverts and how the Mediterranean style of living they don't have as many health issues as we do, but who knows.My only annoyance with this is I haven't seen the large 1kg tub for ages now, and unless the small ones are on offer, they are a fair bit more expensive, but again same is true with all such things, we did try a supermarkets own brand once, we had no real choice as it was a sub and we needed it, but it was no where near as good as this is, and it's rare for me to notice such a big difference between items, so I stick with this now.
