Surprise present.
So fast, sent to my elderly sister for a surprise cheer up 😊.She was so pleased and said they were beautiful, and fresh; smelt lovely too. 😊

Poor quality.
So disappointed, nothing like the pictures. Half dead flowers and only two Freesias. Doesn't even come in a gold box. Personally I feel there's no excuse as if ordered flowers from many different on line florist and they are lovely. I just want to help others being disappointed when they order flowers for their loved ones and being super disappointed on special occasions.

Begining to Wilt and wither in judtless that 24hours
Terrible quality flowers. Delivered to a relative yesterday. They were trimmed and out straight into water. On visiting them today, I see some of the roses are already wilting . And of the three freesia stems, 2 are already withering. The refund process invites me to return them.No idea how the post office are going to accept these flowers or how they are supposed to be packaged. I've ordered flowers through Amazon before. But this provider is very disappointing this time. I hope they will be in touch soon with a resolution.

Nice but not fresh.
Nice flower selection but arrived half dead. Very droopy, even after sitting in water and cut flower food. A real shame because as I've said they are a lovely selection.
