Cuts well but quite useless for peeling
This was bought to replace a Kitchen Devil knife that we had had for many years and was ideal for peeling.My wife was totally unable to peel potatoes with this new one, so initially I bought a Kitchen Devil knife sharpener and was able to hone the knife to a high degree of sharpness but again it was no better.The handle is described as ergonomically designed and it may well be for cutting but we found the knife useless for peeling.We are both disappointed that the knife and sharpener have not lived up to our expectations and are money wasted
