I don’t usually write reviews for pain relievers, but this one earned it. Advil Dual Action Back Pain Caplets have been a game changer for my lower back pain. The combination of ibuprofen and acetaminophen works noticeably better than taking either one alone, and the relief genuinely lasts for hours. Within about 30 minutes, the stiffness eases up and the deep, nagging pain fades enough that I can move around like a normal human again. I have a lot of health issues but these seem to work pretty good.

I have an old back injury and when my back what I call, locks up. I become stiff, like I have a full back brace on. It becomes extremely hard to move, sit, walk. When my back locks up it becomes unbearable. I don’t want heavy prescribed meds. Been there, didn’t care for it. So, I’ve done pretty much everything, heating pads, athletic creams, stretching exercises, resting, changed pillows, otc other brands back pain relief medicine. None worked. It would help some, but not relief. So, I saw this. Thought why not. I’ll add to my back pain relief collection. I’m happy. These relieved my back pain in about 45 minutes and I was able to move around without pain in a hour. These lasted about 6 hours then I took just 1 and that lasted til I went to bed. Try it, see if these give you the same results.

First, this combination of ibuprofen 125 mg and acetaminophen 250 mg (Advil dual action) is surprisingly very effective! It was actually recommended by my MD, and am amazed, it’s more effective and lasts longer for pain relief than Advil alone. However, the product description on the product pages is confusing and not sure what they mean by 2 dose “equivalent”.: The manufacturer definitely needs to correct the information on the product pages (more than a few of Advil brand) for dual action Advil. Thanks for this Advil dual action, really helps!

great for when you have inflammation and Pain. Just one does the trick for me for overnight relief.
