Subwoofer not connecting – very frustrating
I’m really disappointed with this soundbar. The subwoofer (JBL box) is not connecting to the soundbar, and I’ve tried multiple times without success. Because of this, the sound quality is not as expected. This issue makes the product frustrating to use, and I’m not satisfied with the overall experience.

Very Good product
If anyone need something about sound quality always go for JBl because of nice price and very good sound quality. I used samsung soundbar which was around 2000 dirham and now i bought this one only 600 and really there’s no difference

Great product that lasted only 6 to 8 months
Sound quality and setup was good. However, after about 6 to 8 months of usage, it just died and never worked. Thanks to great Amazon customer service, they took it back under warranty and issued full refund.
