Much better than the ones with steel claws which break very quickly. This one is re-usable after wiping it dry and kept separately without touching anything. It lasts me about four days, used twice a day. I am happy with it.

A drastic drop in quality. I have bought this at least product 8 times. The last 2 times, the quality has dropped drastically. Simply putting one between the teeth just once, the rubber breaks down and sometimes get's stuck in-between the teeth. They have changed the manufacturing quality, or the supplier recently. Not worth it anymore. Old Review: Works very well. There is a reason this is sold in 100s of pieces. They are not meant for repeated use like a tooth brush. You man need to use 1 or 2 per use. You will also need a tooth pick along with it to clean effectively. But thats a consequence of the softness that makes it so effective at cleaning comfortably through curved pathways. For me, this one removes what regular floss cant.
