I have taken this supplement for several months and I have not noticed any side effects that would cause me to stop taking the supplement and I have not noted any beneficial side effects. Perhaps, the only beneficial side effects would appear on a very detailed blood chemistry, which I have NOT performed yet but will be performed at a later date. I plan to continue taking the supplement and this vendor and manufacturer are excellent as far as I know.

I can take such DEEP breaths after 2 weeks of use. After 30 yrs of sm!k!ng.. I can tell this stuff works. I’m breathing thru my nose at night now - noopen mouth 😮 just shocked how amazing this is. Skin looks better too . 5 stars

I’ve been taking this product now for about three weeks and maybe I’m expecting too much but I haven’t seen any kind of results like others have experienced, but I’m gonna keep trying. It hasn’t been a full month yet so I’ll give it some more time but I won’t buy it again..
