Since I stopped breastfeeding two months ago I recently got realised he is waking up with tummy pain and not because he needs milk. The doctor recommended reflux medicine which didn’t work, and I thought why give him medication, why not try changing the milk from cow’s milk? To cut a long story short he started waking up less often and from day 3 on goat’s milk he slept through and has now done so for a week. Goat’s milk I believe is gentler on the tummy. We are now looking into intolerances and allergies but this is a great starting point.
