This has to be my favorite belt bag. It’s a little bigger than your typical belt bag, mainly because it’s designed to pack around a few extra things for your kids, if you don’t want to carry around a diaper bag.I took this out for the first time and it fit everything I needed to pack with me; diaper, wipes, binki, snacks, wallet, keys & gum. Even though it’s slightly bigger, it’s not bulky at all. The straps are also the perfect size, I can’t stand the thick straps on the lululemon belt bags, but the straps on this Joey is small and just right that it’s not annoying. Overall, very happy with this bag.

This is a really nice, large, waist bag. I'm not using it as a diaper fanny pack, just a regular one with the occasional dog-mom accoutrements, and it's really large - sometimes too large for just a quick errand, but I knew that going in. I have a smaller one that fits the bill on those days. I actually thought I'd use this if my mom and I ever did a Disneyland trip again - this would be a great day bag for that and what we/I carry for us.The truffle color is really pretty, like a soft mushroom grey-brown.I prefer how fanny packs used to buckle - all the way in the back, not at the sides - and I think those days are over because this one, too, buckles at the side like all modern-day reboots. The plastic hardware clips in very softly and I have to double-check that it actually engaged. It feels a bit on the flimsy side, so I hope it lasts. (And I'll update my review if it wears out prematurely or anything else weird happens.)Smooth zippers. Front slip pocket closes with magnetization that seems secure right now, but I wouldn't keep anything very valuable in there.I was able to purchase this through Vine for a discount, but I think $30 (at time of purchase, 8/05/24) is very reasonable for this size bag.

Whoa! Did not expect this little powerhouse pack to deliver a punch so far above its weight class! Let’s start by saying I’m a collector of bags, backpacks and messenger bags. I’m also a product designer and have been a product tester for some of the biggest names in Sports equipment and apparel. I’ve used every kind of gym bag, fanny pack, hydration pack, duffle bag, you name it. This little thing is an anonymous stealth brand and I’m pretty sure this is the best designed little cross body bag I’ve come across in years. I love that it’s not covered in logos and that it’s got no observable branding patches - just a small tag sewn discretely on the lower left seam.I’ve included some photos but let’s start at the beginning.• Double zippers across the top. Can access easily and open the bag from either end or super wide. Zippers a smooth and glide easily. The zippers are not covered which I personally prefer because I want access and a seamed zipper cover on a small bag is always clumsy. They have their place on more sophisticated briefs and backpacks especially for outdoor gear. But this is not a necessary feature for this use case and I’m glad they’ve shown enough design restraint to keep it simple.• Excellent material. Not too stiff. Not too floppy. Water resistant (obviously if you drop it in the lake it will not be water proof), and can withstand a quick downpour. As mentioned the zippers are not covered, but not a deal breaker for me as this is meant to be worn close to the body and can be tucked under a rain jacket.• Ample pockets! Main pocket with a terrific key fob that’s easy to access and has a truly sturdy clip. Yay! Interior mesh zip pocket for cables or glasses or things you might need to see. Back pocket is zipped and sits on the interior of your body when the bag is worn which makes it great for a wallet, phone or other valuables. It also is stacked with slash pockets all along the interior for business cards or credit card slots. I love this little back zip pocket because the valuables stay close to the body when the bag is worn in the front or the back. Very difficult to pickpocket but still easily accessible for the user.• Front pocket (and this is my favorite) is ideal for a phone. It’s got a magnetic clasp sewn into the material so the front pocket snaps shut securing the phone, but is also easy to access with one hand: could also be great for readers, sunglasses, chapstick, etc. if you’re in an area where you might want to keep your phone more secure (use that zip back pocket!). I find myself using this front magnetic pocket when I go to the gym. If I’m doing something that requires my hands (rowing, etc) I can quickly pause, grab my phone with one hand, change the music, and not have to zip and unzip and fumble around and waste time. Excellent design and execution.• Great size and capacity. Fully holds my EDC and then some. Accommodates a full size Midori Traveler’s Notebook easily (see pics). It will also hold a standard A5 size Moleskine notebook.• The straps are modest but sturdy and sewn in at an angle so that the bag lays flat across your back or chest. This makes it far more comfortable and secure as nothing is dangling or flapping around.While there is no additional padding, I can see myself using this for a smaller digital camera if I’m sightseeing. It’s really the perfect travel companion and every day carry bag for running errands and hands free shopping.I have Fjällräven crossbody bag, various fanny packs from Adidas and Nike, a variety of bags from high end Tumi and Filson to Uniqlo and the Gap. This one beats them all.I love the various colors and will definitely order another one, as this is replacing some of the messenger bags and other less functional cross body bags in my collection. Definitely an excellent value and unbeatable design. Highly recommend!
