I’ve been using this glutathione supplement for a few weeks now and I’m really happy with it so far. First of all, don't be put off by the fragrance. I think it's because many supplements have a slightly odd smell, which is a result of using high-quality ingredients that also happen to have distinct scents! HA They are easy to take, have little taste, and are easy to ingestion because they are not large pills. As of right now, this supplement is definitely helping me with energy and attention, and I'm really looking forward to seeing its anti-aging effects over time. Taking these first thing in the morning (empty stomach, as instructed) has made me MUCH less tired, and I've been more focused and clear throughout the workday. I'm eager for the extra long-term advantages to start!

First thing I noticed was the smell — it’s a bit strong at first, but that’s pretty common with supplements that use certain ingredients. It didn’t bother me too much after a couple of uses. The capsules are a good size and easy to take, and I haven’t noticed much of an aftertaste. I’ve been taking it in the morning on an empty stomach as suggested.
