Would recommend in a heartbeat
Very happy with this treatment cream! You get a lot of product for the price which is always a plus. First using it, my face did get a little tingly from the azelaic acid, and it does have a slight sulfur smell. However, thatโs why this cream is effective. Itโs a no frills cream, but has worked so well for my skin. Even in the short time using my skin texture has improved greatly and the redness has gone down quite a bit.

Great product!
I have been using this cream for two months. I am so pleased with the results that I am writing my first ever product review. I apply this cream twice a day (morning and night) on the areas where I experience the most breakouts and redness. It has really calmed down my skin to the point that I rarely have any flareups and when I do, they're very short-lived. It's a great treatment that seems to have the right mix of ingredients to treat my rosacea and keep my skin healthy.

It worked like a charm and quickly.
I have been struggling with my rosacea this winter. My usual azelic acid wasn't working and was drying out my skin - bad. I tried different products and made it much worse. Within a day or two, my skin is much better. It looks better and feels better. I suggest using this as a treatment, and not an all-over cream. Use it sparingly. I put a good moisturizer over it. That's what has been working for me anyway. I have very sensitive skin.

This cream is an abomination. BEWARE.
If you have sensitive skin at all, which many people with Rosacea do, I caution you to steer clear of this product. I had very mild rosacea that had been treated with a prescription cream and nearly completely better. I wanted to switch to a homeopathic cream and this one sounded promising,. Nothing could prepare me for what this cream did to my skin after ONE use. It stung and burned terribly and the next day my previously nearly perfect skin broke out in red angry painful bumps everywhere. This does the exact opposite of "soothe", i have never had a reaction to a skin cream like this in my life. It's been 3 days and I still can't get my skin to calm down. This product is an absolute abomination, buyer beware!

Just ok
Honestly, really have not noticed any difference since using this. The cream itself is ok. Minimal scent, which doesn't bother me - definitely more chemically than I like. It is thicker and harder to rub in completely but doesn't feel too greasy after. I think I'll stick with Vanicream. All in all because of the price it's worth a shot - everybody's skin reacts differently.

This product works well for my rosacea and redness!
This product works well in getting rid of the redness and small bumps. It goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly. There is no strong scent, which is nice. It is a bit drying if used alone, but I use it in conjunction with my moisturizers so itโs not a big deal. It does work well in getting my rosacea and redness under control. I put this product on first (affected area only) followed by my moisturizer. I will definitely buy this again. Iโm happy to have found a product that helps with rosacea and redness.

It does what it says. Love it!
I have combination skin and I have been dealing with redness, acne and sensitive skin after my 30โs. Nothing else worked until I tried this cream. It has helped my skin tremendously. Is not greasy and It doesnโt irritate my skin at all. I have seen improvement. I love it!

The product also came with 3 mesh bags that I had no idea about and was pleasantly surprised to find: They were great for creating the suds to apply on the areas needed. The smell of the other ingredients actually masks the sulphur smell quite well (though I do occasionally catch whiffs of the notorious sulfur egg smell), and these other ingredients smell very medicinally pleasant (specifically the tea tree oil). The soap is surprisingly gentle, so much so that when I used it the next day after I had some microneedling done, I had no irritation problems whatsoever, and I've been using it for the past 8-9 days in a row without any reactions. I'm very pleased with this product, I've had very mild but persistent pimples/acne on my back and it has already gotten rid of them (albeit the pimples/acne weren't very significant but nonetheless it has worked effectively on those). I wouldn't recommended rubbing the mesh bag against the skin as it is quite abrasive, simply foaming it and applying that foam to the area is enough. How I like to use it is simply rubbing the mesh bag (with the soap bar inside) until a decent amount of suds form, then squeeze/scrape it off to apply/rub on the areas I want, and since I want to make the most out of my money I leave it on for a few minutes so the ingredients have time to do their job. And yes even leaving it on for several minutes each time, it has not given me any sort of burn reactions, so I do feel bad for that case of a girl on TikTok who apparently got burned by the soap, but I would have to guess she might've had some kind of contact dermatitis allergic reaction or something and that is not going to happen to the general population.

I was skeptical at first but this soap has genuinely impressed me. The 10% volcanic sulfur and salicylic acid combo does a great job clearing pores and calming breakouts โ I noticed a difference faster than I expected. What really sets it apart from other sulfur soaps is the scent. Most sulfur products smell like rotten eggs, but this one has a pleasant, clean fragrance that lasts. The added ingredients like tea tree oil, aloe vera, and ceramide keep it from being overly drying, which is a big deal with sulfur-based products. The bar also lasts surprisingly long โ I use it twice a day and a single bar held up really well. It feels like a quality, well-formulated product, and knowing itโs FDA-registered as an OTC treatment gives me extra confidence. Great value, great results. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with acne or oily skin.

Works great, haven't had a bad reaction to it. The soap bars are a decent size and easy to hold, lather really well, and don't smell much-- until they get wet. If you're sensitive to smells, you'll likely develop the same paranoia I have now that other people can smell the sulphuric scents wafting off your person after washing with this soap. It's not a deal breaker, necessarily, but it is something to be aware of as other sulphur based products I've used in the past had other scents added so it didn't make you smell like eggs.

This is such a great soap. A couple of years ago I developed a condition that causes extremely flaky, inflamed patches on the scalp. When using regular shampoos, even those branded as gentle, organic and containing tea tree or similar ingredients, the flakes and inflammation would be visible immediately after I washed my hair. My scalp felt itchy all the time. I purchased this soap for use on my body and one day, decided to try rubbing it directly on my scalp to wash my hair. Within two to three uses, all of the flakes on my scalp had disappeared. I no longer had patches of inflammation, and I wasn't itchy. This soap lathers very well and is excellent as a shampoo. It can, however, leave a residue, so I wash my hair first with this soap, leave it on the scalp for 5-7 minutes, then rinse and shampoo a second time with a standard shampoo (I use the Flexitol Eczema shampoo for kids). Then I use the Kirkland Signature moisturizing conditioner from Costco, making sure to condition the scalp as well as my hair. So long as I wash my hair each day using this method, I don't have issues with itching and flaking. I very, very much recommend this item. I find the soap bars smell very nice, too!
