I love my new ECOVACS DEEBOT X9S PRO OMNI! App installation and connecting are easy to follow. I can easily operate it even though I’m not home by using the app. It’s such a time saver! Suction power is strong, and it has a little broom arm so that it sweeps corners too. It also has a mop feature, which is the best. For me, mopping the floor is always a tricky part. However, this is a game changer. It automatically empties the dust and washes and dries the mop. All I need to do is just empty the dirty water tank and refill clean water. That’s it! Highly recommended!

muy buena aspiradora. desafortunadamente, en mi caso particular, el tanque de agua sucia no hace buen sello con la conexión para la succión del agua que recoge, por tal motivo no succiona, por mas que intenta succionar no lo puede hacer y genera error. tuve que recurrir al ingenio y colocar encima unas pesas que ayudad a generar presión en la union y por consiguiente sello para que succiones sin problemas.

I just have a small suggestion: since the disinfectant is a consumable, are there any recommended third-party brands of disinfectant cleaning solutions? Otherwise, I'm very satisfied.

This is my second time purchased vacuum robot, this one impressed me a lot. once map is set up, there are so many great features. Set obstacles, video, destination command. Super easy to set up by follow quick guide. It also cleaning very well with vacuum and mop feature. Looking modern and high tech. It save me 30 mins everyday and great for the money.

Very smart robot vacuum and mop. It does a great job vacuuming and mopping, and the floors feel really clean afterward. I have kids at home, and now they can walk around barefoot without their feet getting dirty. Definitely makes keeping the house clean much easier.

It really is a helpful robot. I had it for over two weeks now. I have a very big rug that covers nearly all of the floor except by four inches. The four inches of the bare tile is always dirty. It does not get vacuumed or mopped. It's a small place that I have to clean myself. About once or twice a week I have to manually clean it myself. The side brush is looking very worn out already. Which is disappointing because I paid over a $1000 & parts might need to be replaced already.

Great bot. This is my first ECOVAC and so far is superior to I Robot and Shark. Set up was fairly simple. Does a great job cleaning and I couldn’t be more pleased!

Product is well package, wraps with all protection. Machine looks very cool and soild. The new roller cleaning is much better than the other cleaning pad. Vacuum function is much powerful than what I expected. overall, satisfy for the cleaning, free my hand and time. I like it.

this one has a new long roll mopping system which is much better than my previous 2 round mop where actually can clean a lot better and the long roll can cover it's own track so u wont see trial of the bot
