Defective Product/Worthless Guarantee
One bar stopped working after a few weeks. The three year manufacturer's Supa Brand guarantee proved worthless as they would not communicate with me. The seller, JD-MAC Ltd, informed me that they could not accept any responsibility as they were "only a supplier of the product", they told me that they too had been unable to contact the manufacturer regarding the guarantee!

This heater is amazing, instant heat that lights up the room at very little cost.

One is great, the other was broken when received
Ordered two heaters. One is great, the other was broken when received, but it was relatively easy to send it back and get a refund.

Great heater. Instant heat. Very safe. Bought to go in my camper and is ideal as it is compact but powerful. Very happy with it.
