This product is small and super convenient for carrying in a pocket of a backpack. I have been using it before medical lectures just to get my muscle movements better. It doesn't necessarily stick to all surfaces, but otherwise, the product is great for practice.

Good practice item but suction cups are not very strong. Wish this feature was better as I struggled to keep the item well secured while practicing.
