Item exactly as described. It's very comfortable and it seems really sturdy. Once you figure out where to put it the support is fantastic. I've experienced no issues putting on or moving it around to feel what suits. It takes a wee while to get used to it but after that I've noticed a change for the better in terms of quality of sleep.

Velcro fastening gave up after a few weeks and wouldn’t hold. Customer services very quick and helpful and have arranged a replacement. So long as it stays in place this time I’ll be happy. I think it does the job it says it does but should be treated as an aid to easing pain not curing it so don’t expect too much if you have chronic lower back pain . Added: replacement item received very quickly. Can’t fault customer service

Product gets soft after 1 month of use, it is not able to keep my knees/legs in place as when I started using it. So yeah, a waste of money.

購入してから１年が経ちレビュー遅くなりました。これまでの感想です オススメの使い方とは違うと思いますが・・※体型痩せ型で太腿に隙間ができます※ 仰向けに寝る時、太腿の隙間に挟んで寝ると、脚が安定して良いです。 脚が安定すると、腰も安定、反り腰の為、膝を立てる癖もありますが、大丈夫です。膝下に三角クッションを使う時ありますが、その時の身体の状態で使い方を工夫しています。私には、とても役に立っています(^^)

I was not sure how I'd go with this knee pillow but it's been very helpful. Occasionally like last night I sleep without it and the difference the next day is very obvious. I can feel the familiar rotation in my left hip has returned which causes some discomfort. It takes some getting used to but the benefits are there.
