Does what it needs to do. The strap is comfy. Helped raise my leg which eased my bad back.

I was a bit concerned by some of the reviews but it's fine. Very nicely made. Dimensions are fine. I can't be bothered unzipping it to wash the cover so I'm wrapping mine in an old tee which I'll swop out weekly. First use last night sleep improved DRAMATICALLY. No brainer. Get one.

It does the job and helps relieve knee discomfort. However, the edges are, I guess by necessity. hard and dig into the inside of the thigh. I wouldn't use it continually, without a few nights' rest bite

Product gets soft after 1 month of use, it is not able to keep my knees/legs in place as when I started using it. So yeah, a waste of money.
