Comfortable neck pillow
My husband has neck pain, and putting this behind his neck while he is sitting has been very helpful. It is sturdy enough to hold its shape and the fabric cover is soft.

Straps not quite long enough
It is maybe just slightly too thick for my neck, but that could just different body types. I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars because ithe straps were just a little to short to fit around the top of the reclinung couch cushion which doesn't really bother me because you can still use it just not attach it. The pillow itself is good quality and martial.

If you have a desk job and neck pain you need this.
I work at a desk and had been having neck pain. I got this and it solved it. I love that you can move it to customize it to your height. The fabric is super soft. I would buy again.

Perfect headrest for my office chair. Very Comfy
Perfect for my chair I use for gaming/work. For anyone out there that needs a nice head rest that can strap to a chair, this is the one. I don't have a traditional gaming chair, but a high back office chair because i found those to be much comfier than the crappy gaming chairs everyone gets to be trendy . Only problem was when i lean back in my chair I had to lift my neck to still see the screen. But with this pillow strapped to the back of my chair I get perfect head/neck support. This is definitely the one for me.

Works with some adjustments.
I was able to retrofit this item to fit onto my Staples Desk Chair that had no head rest.I used a couple of screws to attach the elastic straps to the back of the chair so it would not slip down. Then I was able to put a small pillow in between the chair and the strap on pillow and that took up enough space for me to be able to actually rest my head back.
