Fantastic
Better than I ever expected still after numerous weeks of use. I purchased this due to long ongoing blepharitis and styes. I’ve tried many heat compressions from warm flannels and microwaveable eye masks and this along with eyelid cleansing has provided by far the best result. I turn it on and let it heat up before setting the timer and applying it. The highest heat function is pretty efficient, Overall the mask is comfortable, easy to use and great value for money.

Does the job, but few minor flaws
It does the job and that's it. Some minor flaws that could be improve - the temperture is pretty high in general, I only use medium low, anything above is too high - I hope they add a bi sound when the timer is up, it is annoying when you cannot see if it is ended or not - The controller backlight is blue, this is probably the worst colour they can choose for something you use before sleep Overall, it is okay, but need to improve

Almost perfect
Very pleased with this heated eye mask, which I have been using for about three months. I use the high temperature level which is just right for me, and it is comfortable to wear. Very easy to use. The only issue is that I have to unplug and plug in the lead a couple of times into a plug to be able to switch it on. Apart from that, it works very well and is good value for money.

Good customer service
Changing my original 2 stars as the seller reached out to me and arranged a replacement which was received the next day so can’t ask for more than that. It is a great eye compress as it maintains a level of heat required to achieve results, I am currently treating a resistant stye. This was also great for travel as no microwave required, just plug in and go!

Fabulous for day eyes and blocked tear ducts
Plenty of heat have to turn it down so pleased about that as the optician said to find a way of putting heat on eyes as hot as possible to unblock block ducts. I don't have a microwave so this is perfect. I place a tissue inside between eyes and mask to keep it clean and it works perfectly. The mask itself is very comfortable to wear easy to use and the timer is a great addition. The puffiness below my eyes has gone.
