This review is for "Non Stick Ceramic Baking Sheet Pan Set of 3, Natural Non Toxic Cookie Sheets for Baking - PFOA, PTFE Free, Heavy Duty Aluminized Steel Oven Trays for Cooking with Silicone Handles, Navy" with the current price of $49.99.I really like these ceramic baking sheets (they are baking sheets and not cookie sheets because they have the raised rim around the whole pan). I am happy to have some good quality ceramic baking sheets, especially since I have been slowly replacing all my cooking pans/pots/Dutch oven and griddles with ceramic ones and had not gotten to the baking sheets yet, so I was very excited to try these out.They are really good quality. Nothing has stuck to them yet and I like that on the ceramic the food, especially breaded food, does not get as dark with almost burned spots like with aluminum foil or just the baking pan itself.The silicone handles are nice, and I want to note that they get hot also--they are not heat proof. They do pop out for washing or if you just prefer them out.I have used them several times now and they are still flat.I have only been hand washing them in the sink, so I do not know how well they do in the dishwasher, but since I sometimes do wash my ceramic pans in the dishwasher on the bottom rack, that these baking sheets would do fine.The 3 sizes are really good and just about the same size of the 3 baking sheets I am replacing, so that works out well. Plus from small through big, these baking sheets should have most of your needs covered.I go the "Navy" pans and really was not concerned with the color, but having them available in 3 different colors is nice incase you want to do some matching with your kitchen theme/decor. The coloring is just as pictured in the listing.I have no complaints about these baking sheets and have had no problems either. They are really nice quality and seem like they will hold up well for quite awhile. And I am super happy with the nonstick surface! The price of $49.99 is alright considering the quality, size and number of baking sheets you get.

I got this set of 3 baking sheets for my daughter after extolling the virtues of ceramic-coated kitchenware.These are thick, durable and heavy-duty cooking sheets. The silicone-coated handles are so thick they feel more like standard rubber. Getting 3 different sizes is a huge plus. These sheets have taller edges than typical cookie sheets so they can be used for a variety of things. Cleanup is a breeze because all my ceramic-coated kitchenware - if you burned cheese on it - you could basically wipe off with a paper towel. I highly recommend hand-washing to preserve the benefits and avoid scratching. And because they clean so easily this really isn't a hardship (I don't have a dishwasher anyway lol).My daughter used them for the first time last night and she is over the moon happy with them.Great gift for a new homeowner ... someone starting out on their own for the first time ... any holiday gift or for yourself. This is a set that with proper care will last a lifetime.

My very nice gold tint baking pans have gotten savaged over the years so I snagged these as a replacement. They are very nice. Good silicone wrapped handles will make it easy to pull them out of the stove. Very thick and should resist warping. I haven't cooked with them yet but they should perform well just based on construction alone, and having this ceramic finish means I can get away without having to use parchment paper.Only complaint is that two of the three pans arrived with small dings in them (not super noticeable unless you view at an angle). This looks to be a factory QC issue rather than shipping since the box was undamaged.

While a majority of my purchases are online, one thing online still hasn't mastered is that tactile feel -- to be able to hold a pan prior to purchase. My concern with cookie sheet type pans is "being too thin" -- I want my pans to have enough strength for what I'm cooking, but not so thick they impact the food.These are 0.6mm thick, which gives them a nice stiff feel. These give you that solid feel without the flexing and popping.They all include silicon handles -- and the cool feature about these handles is that they are very easy to take off and very easy to put on, but at the same time, they stay put. So, clean-up is much easier (don't need to fight the handles) but carrying is also secure, in that the handles stay right in place.If you need multi-sized pans, or especially for someone starting out, this is a nice set that should last.

I've searched far and wide for a perfect alternative to the cheap pan that comes with the otherwise excellent Breville "Smart Oven" Pro Air Fryer (see pix).Fortunately, the smallest in this set is the perfect size -- not too big to block air flow, yet large enough to cook for two (or more) simultaneously. It has handles with silicone which makes everything easier to grab (the other one doesn't and it's always super hot!) and it's easy to place and remove.We use the Breville almost every day for years and finally we can use it with a nice pan with a good coating, high temp handles, good shape, and right size to work in convection oven (now called air fryer), which are superior, especially as countertop devices.The two larger sized pans in the set are good for a conventional oven and can replace old and worn out ones for a nice oven upgrade, better baking and roasting.
