Nice chair. I like the mesh as it helps with ventilation. The only thing I would like is to neck rest be little lower as it seems to be made for taller people and the hand rest to go more back

I am writing this review after using the chair for almost one month. For my use case, it has been a godsend. For the first time in my life, I can sit for 8 hours without any pain. Before this, my budget chair had started causing agonising pain in my waist, tailbone and lower back.Having said that, this chair is not for everyone. It has an ergonomic design with a waterfall edge and slight tilt, so some people might find it unpleasant. Particularly, if you expect to feel like sitting on a comfortable cushion. If the sitting hours are less than 3-4 hrs, then a cushioned chair makes more sense.Finally, the product was delivered in impeccable condition with extensive instructions and all the nuts and bolts required to finish the installation. A no-brainer recommendation!

I want to give this one a negative rating. the chair is worthless. Better to buy a 5k chair than going for this useless chair. the worst part is after service. I have been trying to follow up with the company for more than a month and still I can't get the technician. The technician wants to fix it on a video call. It was the same issue when I bought it.I would repeat again. Better to buy a 5k chair from a brand like homecenter. Dont go for this worthless item. Warranty is also a fake.THE PEOPLE WHO ARE GIVING 5 STARS AFTER JUST ONE MONTH OF USE WILL COME BACK IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS SHARING THEIR NIGHTMARE WITH THE CHAIR AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.FORGET 20K, THIS CHAIR IS NOT EVEN WORTH 5K.

The product which I received had a broken cover for the screw near the headrest. There was a defect in the wheelbase cap. One of the screws was broken where the rod of the footrest was fixed. If you sit on it for a long time there is not much comfort, specially in thigh area. The back support is not much use as I felt on my lower back, also the mesh used to fold while taking support. The chair is sturdy but it could have been better with the ergonomics.

The chair is super comfortable and easy to assemble too. Thanks for the excellent product, team Drogo & Amazon.
