Poor Quality & Poor Material
Poor Quality & Poor Material I am very disappointed with the Amazon team. The quality and material of the product are very poor. Moreover, this item is marked as non-returnable. Why is it non-returnable when the product quality is not satisfactory? I request you to please look into this issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as a return and refund.

ironically not wet dates.
my mother has sensitive teeth. i bought these because the ad showed it as wet dates. when we received them, they were drier than the desert. even though we wont buy it again, at least they're still edible and have no foul odor or insects in them.
