terrific target stand I have used alot. My wife shot the last one on accident, and the end of the first one was a shot at the split joints. terrific value and I would buy several. very portable, and I would recommend just taping the targets down. You can even use this for full size targets too, but if you strike the frame, it will be more upsetting than hitting a 1X2. In wind, invest in a sandbag or your target will fall over in the middle of a shot string.

This stand is extremely sturdy with easy assembly. The only issue is the binder clips are too small making it difficult to put over the tube and target. The mfg. should give you the 3" jumbo clamps instead of the 2". Otherwise this would have been a 5star purchase.

The material is the typically used cheap square channel, so unless you're using a 22LR or less you'll surely damage this. HOWEVER, with a skilled shooter this stand is quite honestly awesome and highly recommended. Compact and light weight. Great for carrying long distances and has spikes built into the frame if it's a windy day. Its basic design is really good, also comes with several nuts and bolts that are essentially useless/pointless. Let me explain. You're shooting through paper right? No resistance. So don't use all the nuts and bolts to assemble the upper frame piece. Only fully assemble the base. This makes the stand SUPER quick to setup and equally as quick to tear down. Very happy with this product.

Well built stand. As you can see from the photos accidentally shot holes through the stand in 2 places with a Desert Eagle 50 caliber! Of course, the hole by the adjustment wing nut makes it now an unadjustable stand, but luckily all of my targets are the same size. The frame itself is still as steady as ever. And it is notable that we didn't even notice that the frame had taken 2 hits by the 50 caliber bullets since the target didn't move: the frame stayed in the same position even with 2 major hits to it. We noticed the holes once we went up to the target to see how well we were shooting. The clips that come with it are basically large paper clips. I ordered bigger clips to attach the targets. You can use the clips provided, but they are not fun to work with since they barely open wide enough to fit over the frame. I got the model with the spikes that go into the dirt. I only push the spikes in about half way and that makes it incredibly stable. I installed all of the sections to make the tallest target frame, since you can place the target anywhere on the frame. Also, the targets that come with the frame are great! They are made of a paper a little thicker than construction paper so the targets themselves are very sturdy. This makes them easier to attach on windy days. I purchased some other targets on Amazon that are basically as thick as copy paper, which is not so great. If you like to do outdoor target shooting this is the frame for you.

Assembly instructions are well written, (uses mostly letter codes 'A' 'B' etc. and pictures) putting it together is pretty easy if you follow them.

It works for holding your target ut at the bottom one of the welder nuts fell off so the bottom is not as stable as it should be

Exactly what the title says. The welded section that holds the wooden sticks is the wrong size. It's meant to hold a 1x2 but the Chinese factory that made these apparently has never seen a 1x2. The OUTSIDE diameter of the section that holds the wooden sticks is just barely 1"x2". that means that the inside diameter is around 3/8ths of an inch to small to hold the common 1x2. If you can't use the common American 1x2, This makes the target stand useless.

Square iron legs and all are solid. It got shot already but didn’t collapse just took a hole thru it and still works just fine. It’s actually pretty nice.

Take this target stand with me every time I go to my shooting range. So easy to put together and dismantle ti go in boot of car. Great height and width for up to 60 yards target shooting! Well made ..beautifully powder coated steel frames.
