I take 1 softgel pill a day, it is more than enough omega 3s per day. This is per my age group and health condition's recommended daily dose per the NIH. There is no after taste, no fishy burps and the pill is larger than your typical supplement but is easy to get down with water.

I probably would give it a five star but to me the pills are really big and because they have a Matte finish it’s a little bit difficult to swallow. You probably have to soften it, with saliva a little bit in your mouth to get it to go down easily. that is just my experience But I do love that when you burp there’s no fishy smell so I’ll give it 4.5. Overall, this brand has quality so I’ll give it quality and that sense. I have not tested the energy levels yet but overall we all know that fish oil is good for brain function etc .
