I got it for ALL the other benefits but its calming and removing body aches too. Comes with glasses and it's super easy to put together. I didn't even use the directions. The base seems secure, but I would be careful when moving it around and I think it's best to find the place you want to use it in and just keep it there. I bought this product as I have been reading so much about the benefits of red light therapy. This specific item had several Leo features that lead to my purchase including the price, flexible stand and amount to red light. I have been using this product specifically for some very prominent spider veins on the back of the calves and it is helping to reduce their visibility! So this product gets good reviews from me! Absolutely love this red light! I use it for post recovery with workouts to help with muscle soreness. I use it at night before bed too to help with sleep and I know that when I do use this before bed, I do truly get a very good night's rest. I also have my 9 year old son use this every morning to help with his adhd after reading recent studies on red light therapy and adhd, still seeing if that is helping or not but its good for him to start with a nice calm day as well as inflammation in his body as he's a travel hockey player. So far we are loving the results.

I use the lamp over my office desk to get the most benefit from the red lights.

Does it’s job the only thing I would say is it’s hard to keep it stable when using it in different angles but I love it, def worth it
