RG's Latest Release
Ok, first off, I have built all of the Real Grades, rx-78-2, and Zaku.THe Aile Strike is the thrid release in the line. Super detailed!! Very poseable!Lots of parts, and movement!OK, I'll keep this quick and compare it to the previous two releases. THis kit is high quality, and I love the design, since it has super detail. It's a bit pricey, but it's more detailed I feel than a 1/100 size.It took less time to build than the other RG's. Has a kickin' backpack flight unit! I really like the new-age modern design of the mech suit. Looks great!Bottom line, not for little kids to build, and you should have a few models under your belt before building this. Unless you have very good patience. Get a nice set of snippers, and a nice hobby knife. LOTS OF PANEL LINES TO BRING OUT DETAIL!!!Hope this helped some. If you like building Gundam models, and it won;t break your bank account, go for it dude!Check out all the cool reviews on Youtube about it, if you are still skeptical! Thanks, and hope you have a good day!

and it looks like it will be a great build
I have started panel lining on this one, and it looks like it will be a great build. I also have the Skygrasper that goes with this model, so I really can't wait to build both, and display them next to one another. Although I have not built the Aile Strike yet, I will say that it is leaps and bounds better looking than the HG version, but I guess that's a no brainer. The quality of the plastic can be seen and felt, the decal sheet is better than a lot of MG kits, and the detail looks to be better than my MG Strike Rouge (I ended up buying the RG Strike Rouge). One of the points I want to make is that with the exception of the details, there really is nothing to paint. That's a good thing, because the HG version, as good as it is, has too many things to paint whereas the RG version has the same parts, but molded in gray. Some people complain that these models are no good to play with. Well, people, did you ever think that these kits are made for display, and not to be handled. This is also not for kids. Don't buy this for a kid less than10, or 11 years old. I highly doubt there are many kids at that age who are master modelers.

It’s eye candy but the quality isn’t so good
The media could not be loaded. This kit is not simple to build at all and was a mess to assemble in fact this is my third RG aile strike. This kit has many problems and can’t really be posed to where once you build it you must put it up for display and never touch it cause pieces will easily fall. The gun barely can be held although there’s a mini clip on piece that goes to the right hand that allows you to hold the gun that piece is so tiny it went flying the moment i tried to make my model hold its gun and mind you i did this with 2 kits very gently and got the same results..so i modified minds a bit by adding very little black tack to make the gin stick to the right hand a bit and i forgot to mention Many people reported on other websites like Reddit that the RG aile strike is kinda bad like many rg kits when they first came out around the 1-2 year mark of releases. This kit also comes with tones of stickers (so many you’ll have lots of leftovers and I’m not a sticker person so 90% of my aile strike gundam is filled with water slide decals. It’s a decent looking model over all but other then that I’ll give it 4 stars do to its quality, because of that this model took almost a month to build cause it feels so fragile and easily falls apart and i left it sitting in the box while i worked on other projects and i wouldn’t recommend this to beginners who want to get into RG models.

Excellent all around
Excellent kit. I enjoyed putting it together. There was a lot of panel lining to do, but the overall look is great. Articulation is also great. I could do some awesome poses. Took me pretty much the whole day to finish.Only slight con is the fact that the hand kept coming loose. I had the beam rifle fall out a couple times.

One of the best of the RG series of Gundam's
One of the best of the RG series of Gundam's , Aile Strike provides a fun and rewarding build and the end results 3 dimensional fullness and visual impact is worth the effort. Instructions , while in Japanese, are among the best explained in the RG series and due to this I was able to build quickly. There were no difficulties in assembly and the head is probably my favorite so far (I have built 4 RGs).

Great little model!
I love the detail! Super impressed by the flexible joints being basically preassembled; just cut them out and . It poses easily, hands can hold the gear, just overall nice. Seems closer to an action figure than a model, if only the skirt and shoulder armaments didn't pop off so easily. If you've never bought a model with the inner skeleton you should try this one, it's pretty neat.

Technically this kit gets 4 1/2 stars. It showcases ...
Technically this kit gets 4 1/2 stars. It showcases the original problems that the RG line fixed in later kits. The skirt armor will pop off at the slightest provocation, due to the fact that all but the side armor is on a shallow ball joint. Other than that one problem, this kit is very well built and poses well. The Aile Striker Pack is interchangeable, and i can't wait to get the RG Skygrasper kit to change out the Striker Pack. My only other nit-pick is that the kit only comes with 2 sets of hands(which I think they fixed with the Skygrasper kit), and the pose-able hands don't hold as well as they should. If you're a fan of the RG line or the Seed series, this is a kit to add to your collection.

Awesome Gundam
The Gundam arrived in the scheduled time and came in a very awesome original package. It took a lot of time to put together (half a day), including time that I went to do other things, but it was very EASY to do. The illustrations in the directions were not had at all to understand. The only issue was that the head is hard to keep in just any position, but you can still position it. Its a very minor issue. The Gundam was an extreme joy to build, and completely looked like a top grade, I was so excited to see all the details. Its smaller than I expected, about the size of a soda can, but that is no hindrance to my enjoying it. Great product :)
