my on-the-go work setup.
The setup was a breeze—clear instructions guided me through the process, and it was up and running in no time. What impressed me most is the plug-and-play feature. No fiddling with settings or hunting for drivers; just plug it in, and you're good to go! It’s compatible with all my devices—from my MacBook to my Windows laptop, it handled them all like a champ. The slim design means it fits perfectly in my bag, making it an ideal travel companion. The picture quality is sharp, and the colors are vibrant, which makes working on it a delight. The resolution is good—though one of the screens has a slightly lower resolution, it still delivers a pretty solid display. Price is fair so far

Beautiful screens and a big boost to productivity on a laptop, but heavy and bulky
My work is computer programming and a big screen or multiple screens is huge productivity boost for me. I've always considered getting one of these for the rare situations where I'm traveling and still need to do a significant amount of work. While this is cumbersome in that it's essentially a second laptop bag and pretty heavy, it's usefulness is undeniable. The screens are sharp and clear. If you're planning to do any kind of graphical work on this setup, you'll need a color calibrator. The color in the background image was visibly different between my laptop and these screens. The monitors have a kind of both sturdy and fragile feeling. They're heavy but delicate so I am a bit worried about breaking something when I move them around. Setup was easy, but the directions were somewhat lacking. It wasn't clear whether the USB power should be plugged into USB1 or USB2. Maybe it's either? At least the HDMI (which was also USB) was labelled. The power requirements weren't fully spelled out in the back as normal, but it's mentioned in the text that it requires 2A. My laptop is pretty old because I don't use it often, so I didn't have the connections necessary to run both screens at the same time, but the laptop could power one screen without needing an external supply. I'm planning to replace that laptop soon and I'll make sure that it can run both screens because after trying it, the extra real estate really makes a big difference. The packaging was excellent, lots of sturdy foam to protect the monitors and organize all the cables. It doesn't appear that the two screens are connected electrically in any way, it would be nice if you could detach one and leave it at home if you only want one extra screen.

Works for me
I bought this for my office as using multiple apps on my laptop can be pretty tiring on the eyes. I have a Dell and it works fine for me. I read that people have issues with their apple device but for my Dell, works fine. Perfect size for me and pretty standard hi def pictures. Easy to setup and I have the overall quality for the price. I use an external speakers with my laptop so it all works well for me. No issues so far

Greatest investment ever.
I work from home and I have been working with external monitors for so long that I can’t work without monitor. This extended display is a blessing. It has an excellent display. It’s easy to assemble. Size wise it weighs and its size is same as a regular laptop. Hence it’s like carrying two laptops in a bag . But it offers great convenience.

Very useful for multitasking
Pretty easy to setup. Clear instructions given. Been using it for two days, quality is pretty good. Speaker quality is great. Screen resolution is good too (though only one, other screen lower resolution but still pretty good). Very portable as well. Overall very happy with the product

Not for everyone
After careful consideration I'm giving this item 3 of 5 stars for a couple of reasons. I think with a different laptop model it might work better but with my Macbook Air M1, it was a frustrating bust: To be fair, the Macbook Air M1 is only advertised as supporting a single external display .. not two. There are several discussion threads in various places detailing how you can get two or more external displays working by using a DisplayLink hub ($100+) but I don't have one of those. The solution offered with this device is an H5-1 adapter cable and a Mac app called simply USB Display App which, ultimately didn't work for me either. Whether the app is faulty or the failure goes back to the limitations of the Macbook Air M1, I don't know. In any case, the device was frustrating and confusing to use with this specific laptop and ultimately only one of the screens would work at a time. Even if both screens had worked, hooking it up requires 4+ cables and, for the M1 Air, I separate hub to allow the laptop to charge while also powering the screens and sending the display signal(s). Product support was fairly responsive and offered assistance when I couldn't locate the USB Display app. Kudos for trying to help .. though it never actually worked out for me. The product itself seems well made - good build quality. Based on what other reviewers are saying, I'm assuming it must work well with most other laptops. This is a big part of the reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of only 1. The other big issue for me personally is the weight of this device. It clocks in at almost three times as much as my laptop alone. So.. I would not even consider taking this thing on a plane trip. I'm certainly not lugging it around in my carry-on. I travel light and typically don't check a bag. So weight is a pretty big consideration for me and this device tips the scales at over 8 pounds! I *might* take this on a car trip where weight is not an issue though.. if it had worked with my Macbook Air. Even in the car trip scenario, however, I would be more inclined to just upgrade to a single full-size 27-inch or 32-inch monitor over this device. For me, this is just one of those products that seem like a really great idea and, as I mentioned, it does seem like it is really well built. Unfortunately, something that 'looked great on paper' was a bust in my real world application. I've already invested a fair amount of time trying to get both screens working. However, if support gets back to me again and we are ultimately able to make both screens work, I will come back and update this review to reflect that fact including detailed information on 'how' it was resolved. Unfortunately, given the weight and the difficult setup with my specific laptop.. I don't think the star rating will change much, if at all.
