Yes they do. Brilliant for keeping the oven clean AND making the meat really tender!!!

How long does it take to cook a medium whole chicken in one of these bags?

The cooking time for all meats is the same as shown on the label, or, the time you would normally set for the chicken. All the bag does, is to keep the meat's juices. As a spin off, it makes cleaning the roasting dish a doddle and you retain the juices as a base for your gravy. I've been using these for years and wouldn't be without them. Bon appetite!
