I purchased this to serve as an interim solution during my kitchen renovation. The product is great. It works as advertised. Boils water extremely quickly and, as is the case with all induction cooktops, it doesn't get hot but heats the iron-based cookware through the use of magnetism and not flames (gas) or resistance (electric stove). I have no issues or complaints about this cooktop. Highly recommended and I am sure that you will appreciate the easy to clean design as well.

This little thing works so well, I'm very impressed. Bought it because my apartment stove is absolute garbage. I kind of wish I'd bought a 2-burner one now. Boils water crazy fast. The settings are very accurate. I do wish each setting had temps a little closer together -- I think there are 40 degrees between each setting. I think 20 would be better, that way you'd have more control over your temperature. The fan stays on for a couple minutes after you turn it off, which sometimes makes me think I forgot to turn it off, but that's probably just me being absent-minded. It does have an audible beep and auto shut-off if you take your pan off the hob. It doesn't cool down as fast as other induction hobs I've seen, but it does have an "H" indicator for while the surface is still hot, although within 60 seconds or so it's cooled down enough to touch (it'll be warm/hot, but not enough to burn you, just maybe a tad uncomfortable). This was very affordable and I really like it. Fairly easy to clean, I've been using it for a month or two now and there are a couple of spots on the surface that seem to be scratched maybe, as they don't come as clean as the rest of the unit. Be careful wiping the front panel while using the burner, as the touch panel is sensitive and I've accidentally turned it off many times just wiping off grease spatters. Great Value.

Performance for price can't be beaten (much less expensive than other similar offerings). Haven't had it very long, so can't comment on how it lasts, yet. Works exactly as described - and way better than standard stovetop. Not, huge - doesn't take up too much space, but on the other hand, limited in pan (skillet) size - my usual (mebbe 11" ?) skillet is just a tad too big for the induction area, so the edges of pan surface tend not to heat too well, except via heat transferred from the center part of the pan that does get heated by the induction surface. Truly heats up *immediately* (not just in the overused marketing sense). Very easy to control heat setting - one sees immediate results, not like having to wait for a regular electric stovetop to heat up or cool down upon control change - and never knowing just when the new setting heat level is reached - none of that here. Not as much better than gas stove cooking, but also, none of the issues with burning a fossil fuel directly in your kitchen - if you're concerned about such things. All-in-all very much what i wanted and expected, except perhaps handling larger pans.

I ordered this small oven to get my first experience with the induction oven, and I am proud of my decision. Thankfully, I did some research on the principle of an induction oven, particularly the need for induction-ready cooktops and how heat generates/transfers, so I avoided many complaints I can see from a handful of buyers. It's not that functional-rich, but enough for daily use with its price tag. I can clearly see the value for my money. It can be plugged-in to any regular electrical outlet in a US household. The oven is very easy to use and does its job as expected. Keep in mind that if you want a very fast result, set the oven to a higher wattage (default is 900w). I do not see any issues with the heat distribution, no complaints with the quality, buttons are touch sensitive and work very well. Auto shut-off option (when no cooktop is there) makes it accident-proof. Cleaning is very easy, and in my last 3 days of use, I didn't need any special liquid to clean it. The low humming/buzzing sound is well within the expected limit, as an induction oven cannot be noise-free due to its operating principle (which is caused by the magnetic interaction between the cooktop and the pan, and the cooling fan). I am giving this tiny tool a 4-star since a 4.5-star is not an option (reduction of 0.5 is for its lesser functionality).

An inexpensive way to try out the induction type of cooking, instead of purchasing the whole enchilada! Great for everything from poached eggs to sauces. Frying eggs in a fraction of time. This unit has an internal fan that runs when unit is working, so it’s not as quiet as gas or electric tops. We use a glass cleaner on the surface to keep it shiny and new looking. Wife was skeptical at first, but quickly warmed up to its speed and consistent cooking temps. Might have to do some saving for the 36” Replacement cook top. Be sure your pots and pans will work with induction!!

It is very loud compared to another induction cooktop. I'll be returning it.
