Q: Why is this so much more expensive here than anywhere else? They are $2.50 each at a gas station and less than that at Walmart.

They are $2.48 at Walmart or $34.09 for 12. That is I will pick up this week at Walmart. Third Party Sellers are selling the ones on Amazon so they dictate their policy and when they don't have Amazon competition, they create a monopoly. Then too when it comes to shipping prices watch out for heavy items, they will soak you through the roof and some hide that shipping cost until your checked out and done paying. You always need to watch yourself. The Love of the Greater Number will Cool Off, a Wise Bible Writer said of our times. We can see that attitude everywhere 2 Timothy 3:1-5

Q: Can I heat the coffee and drink it warm?

I guess you could but is best ice cold. I sometimes drink it at room temp if I am slow drinking it. I know it is not the healthiest drink but I indulge myself once a day.

Yes! It is a blister type seal wrapped around the lid and the neck of the bottle
