Very helpful after having knee replacement

This has worked well for exercise post knee replacement. It is easy to use, however a bit large for my small foot. I did not have any issue though with using it for my home exercises. I gave it a 4 instead of 5 due to the size of the foot placement.

I had round slider discs but foot or shoe would slide off. I found this on Amazon, and LOVE it. Works great, my foot or shoe stays in place and wth the rope I am able to pull my knee back even more and that is what I am needing. I highly recommend this, makes your home therapy so much easier .

Cheaply made. Not very stable for a person who has big feet. Not worth the purchase.

Ii had been trying to get my knee to go pass 90 degree and as soon as I started using the glider in 1 week I'm at 120 degree, love the wheels on it you can pull back as far as your heart desires.

This device may not look too fancy as others have noted, but when your knee is stiff and it hurts just to lift your foot off the ground, this little one foot skateboard really does help get you that extra couple inches into your bend and then straightening your leg out again. Makes exercising that much easier. Highly recommend

Worked as intended for my knee rehab to get my flexion back. Unfortunately I found the weigh distribution off so it would snap up when in full extension unless I was very intentional about shifting my weight to my toes (and it would still happen). Pretty flimsy over all, but worked well - the price is a little steep for what you get. I wouldn't try to sell this to anyone after my rehab - just gave it away since I didn't feel it was food enough quality.

I bought this as an inexpensive device to help my recovery from knee surgery. It works well enough; glides easily, doesn't squeak, and cost a fraction what the high-end gliders cost. It's basically a single, plastic roller skate. I've only started using it, so I can't speak to its durability, but I would not try to stand on it. Use it in sitting mode. The only thing it needs is a front bevel or panel to stop your foot going too far forward. It has a heel stopper, but could use one for the front as well.
