Two bottles were open?
I bought this as a startup for my new SPA. The Bromide tablet bottle was about 5/8ths full with only 12 tablets in it, I used 6 in the "floater". There was no cover "seal" on the top of the tablet bottle, by the way. The same with the Bromide Booster granules, it was 1/2 empty with no seal. All the rest of the bottles had "seals". If the two I mentioned were supposed to have a seal, then someone emptied some out before it was shipped. Of course these were the two I needed most to get the water ready.UPDATE! The company contacted me and offered to replace them all, THANKS!

Revised company wants to take care of there customers so I have to say great company just be aware of what you are buying!!!Worst starter kit... test strip kit writing is so small can't even read and the products you get you can't even balance your tub
