Very good i bought it so many times

I'd not suggest this supplement. I bought it coz if the good reviews, but I have totally different feelings about this supplement. I probably won't continue. It did upset my stomach tbh, and i couldn't find anywhere else that this brend was tested by third party.

I feel very good about this product. It has no stearates, which cause supplements to gunk up and not be absorbed. The capsules are made of vegetable cellulose, not gelatin, in case you're vegan. They're not hard to swallow. I'd call them medium sized. In addition to just the right amount of Nicotinamide riboside, which is what converts to NAD+, you get the adaptogenic herb rhodiola, a couple of cleansing herbs, and a couple of antioxidants. It has black pepper to help with absorption. I think this is great quality and at a great price, as you only take one a day. I haven't taken it long enough to know if I feel better, but I haven't had any bad effects. I'm hoping that with it being a form of niacin, it will help protect my skin from aging. I haven't had any flushing which I've gotten with the standard niacin supplements, and I haven't gotten an upset stomach. The item came packaged very well. Seals were in tact and the gel casings were not melted or stuck together. They were dry and the quality control appears to be high. So far the health benefits seem good, it has settled well in my stomach and digests well. There is a good amount of the main ingredients in this one especially compared to several others and it is a good value of amount for the money. It's only been a few weeks but I have noticed it seems to be helping. I will keep taking them.

I love this suplements have a lot of Nad+ and others great ingredients, great quality.
