Worth the investment
Sound quality is excellent - really like the quality feel of the product and using the app ensures that the perfect fit with the supplied buds. Battery life a little bit disappointing compared to my previous JBL ones but I think the the additional quality and noise cancelling is worth the additional battery use. They do charge very quickly though and wirelessly if required

Cyclists - not good when cycling
The earbuds are great. For the use case of cycling with them in though, they're not good.As you cycle, there's a loudish whistling sound which spoils the fun.For cycling, I found the Amazon's echo earbuds much better.

Had to send these back and go back to Samsung pro 3
I got a Pixel Pro 9, so I went deep into the Google ecosystem. These are good headphones, but I cannot work out why they don't supply XL foam buds—they just didn't feel secure in my ears. I also went from the Samsung Buds 3 to these and really missed the voice control on the Samsungs. Their sound is simply better, fuller, more dynamic, and feels much better in the ear. The crunch came when jogging in the gym- I had to tap to go to the next song sweatily, and I mostly either paused it or turned the volume up or down. The sound is good, but it just lacks stability in the ears, clunky taps, etc., and no voice control.

So comfortable
I think I could wear these all day and have them still feel comfortable.

Very disappointed
Absolutely fantastic when they are working..... But extremely annoying because they don't work. One ear or the other just keeps stopping and no amount of factory resets help.I can't use and have gone back to old pixel buds....

Excellent. Clean and crisp.
I've had these for about a month now, so I've got to grips with what I like and don't like about them. They are an upgrade from my previous PBP1s (which are currently available on Amazon for about half the price, PBP1s at £111 vs PBP2s at £219), so I'll be comparing them throughout the points below. However, the price of my PBP1s fluctuated considerably in the months after launch, so I won't be putting too much emphasis on cost. For reference, I've used both sets of buds mainly with a Pixel 8a.Things I liked:+ The PBP2s are smaller and lighter than the PBP1s. They're well-designed so they don't fall out easily.+ Sound quality is brilliant. Really clean and crisp, even when compared to the already excellent PBP1s. Noticeably better. EQ settings are adjustable and the treble in particular is nice and smooth. Bass has punch but isn't at all fuzzy or distorted.+ ANC and Transparency are both superb - better than the PBP1s. As much or as little background noise as you want.+ Latency is excellent. Really fast, no noticeable lag when watching video content.+ Calling performance is absolutely great. Obviously, the sound is great for me at my end using the bud speakers, but people I've called have reported that I sound really clear on the mic and I'm easy to understand too.Things I didn't like:- They are expensive, there's no getting away from that, but as I mentioned earlier, the price probably isn't set in stone and may well fluctuate in the coming months - if my experience with the PBP1s is anything to go by.- They'll pair easily with just about anything, but to enable some features (like multipoint and the EQ settings), you have to install the app. Wasn't a big deal for me but I know some people would want a heads-up about this.Do I recommend it?Yes, definitely - assuming the price is reasonable. For the record, I think they're decent value at £220 for the quality and feature set, but if they go down to somewhere in the £180 range or lower, they're excellent. Would I upgrade from the PBP1s? Difficult to say - there's no doubt that the PBP2s are better, but I was never unhappy with the PBP1s to begin with. If I hadn't tried the PBP2s, I would have been absolutely happy what the performance of my PBP1s. Now that I have though, I don't want to go back. These PBP2s are great.
