Just to clarify you installed a new board and everything works except for the X Y Z axes won't move? You can manual set temp for hotend and heated bed, turn fan on and off, send and receive GCODE to machine? If you installed the software correctly I would make sure that the stepper drivers are installed in the correct orientation and that all cables are seated properly. As Peter stated when connecting to the board you must select the correct com port for the computer to communicate with the printer board. You can either try the available ports listed or go into device manager and find what port the board is connected to.
