The Bialetti Moon Exclusive combines beautiful design with great performance. It works perfectly on induction cooktops and makes rich and flavorful espresso. The build quality feels premium, it’s easy to use and cleaning is simple.

Replaced my aluminum Bialetti for this stainless steel option. Perfect size, makes enough for 3-4 servings. Easy to clean and GREAT QUALITY. works well on gas stove without discoloring the bottom. Seems like it will last a very long time.

This is a high quality moka pot; I'm very satisfied with the quality. Polished stainless steel with a nice plastic handle and plastic flip top lid knob that doesn't get hot. Body threads together as smooth as silk with a nice interior finish as well. Overall fit and finish are excellent, far nicer than my smaller cast aluminum pot which is rough as a cob in comparison. Though presented as being an Italian product, it's designed there but the box says made in China. This is not an inferior quality item in any way, though, and I'm very pleased with its looks and function regardless of where it comes from. Highly recommended and a great value, IMO.

I have owned several Bialetti moka pots over the years and always trusted the brand, which is why this experience was so disappointing. After only a few months of normal use, the handle on this Moon Exclusive moka pot completely detached from the body. The pot itself still works, but once the handle comes off there is really no practical way to reattach it. That makes it very difficult and unsafe to lift when it is hot. This seems like a manufacturing or assembly issue because the rest of the pot looks perfectly fine. I expected a Bialetti moka pot to last for years, not just a few months. I hope Bialetti will stand behind their product and help resolve the issue because I would really like to continue using this pot.

This stainless steel moka version significantly reduces your chances to burn the coffee (especially if you are a moka beginner). You will not really get the "creamy" texture that you can eventually get with the aluminum version, but the taste will be much smoother and without bitterness really, thanks to a slower extraction as well (of course keeping in mind to use it with medium heat, not high heat). The build quality is very good, and for those concerned about the inner part of the boiler (the bottom part of the moka) being coated, directly from Bialetti, there is no coating in this Bialetti Moon Exclusive moka. The different texture is due to the way the stainless steel has been worked (probably something like sandblasting in my opinion).

Really great quality, love the product, holds up well. Makes good coffee. Can’t go in the dishwasher but that’s expected for this kind of product.

Highly recommend this! Great material and durable. We use it everyday. Easy to clean and good stovetop coffee.

This item is a big disappointment. After having my cheap knock-off stainless steel moka pot wear out after 2+ years of daily use I figured I would upgrade to Bialetti - the "premium" brand, the OG of moka pots. But on my first brew the filter plate became severely warped. Additionally, the silicone gasket fits loosely such that it doesn't easily hold the filter plate in place. Neither of these things happened with the "cheap" model. And to top it off, Bialetti customer service doesn't answer customer support requests... They just ignore you. (on the attached photo the filter plate on the right is from my 2-year-old cheap model after being used EVERY DAY for over two years, the one on the left is from my Bialetti model after ONE brew) 4-months later update: I got a full replacement, and four months later the HANDLE BROKE OFF. It turns out that the handle is fastened to the main pot via some minimal weld or adhesive, not a nut/bolt or other more durable method. It's still usable without the handle using a pot holder, but such workarounds shouldn't be needed for the "premium" brand. Buy the generic knockoff for 1/3 the price.

アルミ臭が苦手なためステンレスのこちらを購入しました。セール時でないと個人的にはちょっと勇気がいる価格ですが。 でもマキネッタは初めてでしたが思っていた以上に美味しいものですね。 比較的最近焙煎を始めたため、色々な豆でエスプレッソ的なものを楽しんでいます。 ミルクフォーマーも買いラテアート練習しています。私は全然描けていませんが、家で飲めるラテとしてはとても美味しいです。
