I’ve been using this liquid iron supplement for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed! It’s easy to take, mixes well with water or juice, and doesn’t leave a metallic aftertaste like some other iron supplements I’ve tried. I’ve noticed a boost in my energy levels, and my iron levels have improved as my doctor recommended. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an effective and gentle way to support their iron intake!

Prior to purchasing, I found out my ferritin levels were at 10 when the normal range is between 24-224. Since taking this supplement I have been so energized! It used to be very very hard for me to wake up in the morning, and no matter how many hours of sleep I got I still felt exhausted throughout the day. It is now easier to get out of bed and I don’t feel as tired at all. It does taste awful, though. I always mix it with orange juice or what ever juice is around. That is my only complaint, but it really works so I’m going to put up with it. Other than that, it is great and affordable! I would highly recommend!

I was so hesitant to order this product. Just the thought of taking a Liquid Iron supplement. When the bottle arrived, I looked at it and thought what have I gotten myself into? Was it really worth it? The mere thought of what lay inside waiting for me, I can already imagine what this is gonna taste like. Augh do I have the stomach to take this. Over the years, I have had a love-hate relationship with iron supplements the doctors love to prescribe them, and I’ve hated everything about taking them the upset stomach, the constipation, the aftertaste nothing about it was appealing. over the last 30 years, I have taken numerous different types of iron supplements coated ones , ones that claim to not upset your stomach or cause constipation., slow release tablets, you name it I think I’ve tried it. So I was pleasantly surprised when I opened this product to find a strong cherry scent. I know the bottle says cherry flavored but realistically I was expecting a strong metal smell not cherry. The flavor is not bad considering what it’s trying to mask. It gives off more of a night quill flavor. If that makes sense.it’s not super metallic tasting. The flavor does linger a bit but it’s not horrible. Kind of like a strong cherry coke. I’ve only taken a couple of doses but so far I’ve had none of the normal side effects from taking an iron supplement . If this works as expected I will be adding it into my daily regiment to fight my anemia

This helped raise my iron level when I became anemic.

Tastes so bad! I’ve taken liquid iron supplements and they aren’t great tasting by any means, but this one is disgusting. The Carmel flavoring failing at masking the horrible iron taste and then the shock of the sugar trying to mask it as well. Probably just would have been better off leaving it natural instead of the additives

I’ve had low iron for a long time now and my dr told me to take blood builder, tried it for 4 months and got a blood draw and it was still low. I switched to this liquid iron and noticed improvement in my brain fog, mood, and more formed and regular bowels movements within the first week! I was looking for liquid since I am allergic to the coating on pills and most of the higher dose iron is coated pills.

Low iron girlies or men tastes better than most iron supplements and no need to use as much great for energy and metabolism
