Quick and easy workout.
My wife absolutely loves this! It’s well made, it’s not that heavy but just enough to get a good workout in. Only a few pieces to snap together.

Better workout than expected
I was using a regular weighted hula hoop before, but it's very big and is hard to do in a small space. That's why I ordered this. Once I figured out how to adjust the sizing around my waist, I like the way it works and the workout is better than I expected. I feel it in my waist and legs. However, I have patellar tendonitis in one knee. After about 5 minutes, I feel it in my knee. I do switch directions which helps. The only drawback of this device is that it's loud, which is why I'm only giving it four stars.

Fun and easy
Easy to keep going. I can't hoopla hoop at all so I wasn't sure I could do this after reading reviews. I have no problem keeping this going. It's a little hard to remove links but I guess it's because it's new. Good quality. It is kinda loud. Good price. Be careful using around animals or breakables.

Was ok. Very heavy. You can't be near anyone or you could hit them and it hurts

A vigorous workout device
This weighted Hula hoop is a vigorous workout device that helps my daughter develop a strong and flexible waist. It also helps her control weight. The knots are easy to attach and detach. It's pretty sturdy.
