I bought these bars for my 2017 ultra limited low , they are perfect fit and easy install. start to finish about 2.5 hours . good feel and perfect fit as i am 5'8"

Ok I’ve never left a bad review before. That being said I purchased 10in meat hooks for my 2014 flhxs paid for plug and play. They came with the wrong throttle by wire plugs mine has one large plug they came with two small plugs. On top of that the control wires for right side don’t work. I had to extend my old throttle by wire and control wire and snake them through the bars. Thank god I’ve been wrenching my whole life this is not easy. And takes time That’s why I paid for plug and play. I did message the company and explain what I went through and the response was Apologies You got it all worked out then. I understand that things happen and I’m a firm believer that it’s what you do when things go wrong that defines you or you company. I’m left feeling like they just don’t care.

Bars are good. But the install went nothing like expected for a 20+ year Harley mechanic. Wires didn’t feed as stated. Heated grip extended wire did not work and was not long enough. Ended up removing “Prewired” wires and rerunning everything. No number to call for tech support and instructions are choppy at best.
