I love these to clean my piercings holes

Works great! I just used it the first time. I used it dry and it was uncomfortable but not very painful. Only use this on healed piercings! (I'm a piercer of 3 years). Use the colored end to poke through, i believe its a little stronger than the other end so it wont bend as much. You have to be careful with it because it is very bendable. The size of the floss is about 20g. Good for ear lobes and nose studs. It could work on a larger hole, 16 or 14 gauge, but wont work as well because its smaller than that. =)

Very interesting product, found very helpful in cleaning my ear piercings, and definitely cleaned them out way better than without the product, but is a little difficult to use. The string itself is a little flimsy and would work better if it was a stronger material that didn't flop and get weak to where I would have to use multiple trying to get one to work.

User Experience: Because the thread is so smooth and non-porous when dry, it just slides through without removing any debris. When wet, it’s too soft to use. It’s a bit of a catch-22, it doesn't clean well while dry, and it’s unusable once wet. The absorbency is quite poor. Because of the waxy finish, it is very difficult to get the thread to soak up any cleaning solution or alcohol. Functional Flaw (The Build): The most frustrating part is the change in texture once you do manage to get it wet. As soon as the thread absorbs even a little bit of liquid, it loses all its structural integrity and becomes incredibly flimsy. This makes it nearly impossible to guide through the piercing hole. You’re left with a limp string that won't "thread" properly, which defeats the entire purpose of the product. Final Verdict: I wouldn't recommend these if you’re looking for a deep or easy clean. The material is either too waxy to hold liquid or too weak to be guided through the ear once moistened.

These are so convenient and helpful when it comes to cleaning out earring holes. This helps to effectively clean ears and help them not to smell. Super high quality string and functions so well. If you have your ears pierced you need these to stay comfortable and avoid skin irritation from jewelry. Life changing! Seriously. Plus comes with so many and it’s such a good deal.

Never thought to buy such a thing but ran across them and had to have them. If you wear earrings you know the yucky smell that sometimes comes from your earring holes. You spray or soak the white part in an appropriate disinfecting solution and then thread the colored part through your earring hole. Just like that they are clean. Using them is easy once you get the hang of it and does not hurt to do. One last thing to mention is that you have to keep the colored end dry so it doesn’t kink up when you attempt to insert it.
