Nordic Ware Formed Mini Bundt, 12 Cavity Cupcake, Twilight Blue

This makes a really cute half-size Bundt cake. It’s the perfect amount for 2-4 people, maybe more if you had a big meal! I sprayed it well with baking spray containing both flour and oil, and the cake released easily. It was also super easy to clean up because of that. I always hand wash my Bundt pans. It takes exactly half of a batch of batter, so I bought another 6-cup capacity Bundt pan with a different design to use when I want to mix up a full batch of batter. Otherwise, you can half your recipe, and it’ll be just the right amount of batter for this pan. It’s a bit pricy, but the pattern on the cake is sharply defined and looks good. The color is unremarkable, but that didn’t matter to me. It’s fairly lightweight, but it was packaged well for shipping and arrived undamaged. I wish they made more patterns in Bundt pans this size. For those who gave it low ratings because it’s lightweight, READ the description! It’s intended to be lightweight, so buy the more expensive cast aluminum one if you want the heavy one! This one bakes evenly and makes a beautiful cake. I highly recommend this one! For those concerned about how this material will last, I have a full-size Bundt pan in this material. I’ve used it often for many years. Just recently I noticed some of the outside paint is chipping, but the inside is still perfect. I have always hand-washed it, and I recommend that for all bakeware.

This pan makes it easy to make your holiday gifting desserts look fancy. It’s solid/heavy, well-made, easy to clean and easy to grease/flour.

It was the perfect size for my banana bread recipe. It was not as heavy as I was expecting but it did cook perfectly.

I wasn’t expecting much from these pans. But I was so disappointed with others I went ahead. They work just perfectly. I’ve used the big guy more of course. Cake pops out every time. I have a silicone (don’t bother) and a couple of fancy flower patterns that are frustrating to get the cake out of the pan. It may not be as fancy as the more intricate pans, but the easy release and even baking means more.

The size is perfect for a 1 or 2-person household. I was happy to find bakeware that fits my life. But the metal is a huge disappointment. I expected it to be thick and sturdy. It isn't. The thickness and weight make me doubt this pan will last more than a dozen bake cycles. I won't buy it again.

Love this little bundt pan. It is a great size if you don't want a whole cake and can be used in most toaster ovens. The cake came out cleanly, no sticking and every easy cleanup (I made my own butter - oil - flour in equal measure mixture, to lightly coat the pan and it worked like a charm). Recommended!

I read all of the comments regarding customers receiving some of pans dinged up, scratched or just not in new condition. I thought I’d “luck out “ and receive my order in perfect condition. NOPE! The 12 cup Bundt pan is completely defective/deformed! It’s elongated, not round, as it should be. The 3 cup and 6 cup bundts were ok, a couple dents in each of them. I considered keeping those 2 and donating the deformed one. But for full price $38.00, I really expect them to be in new, not-dented-or-deformed condition! Is that too much to ask?? Returning them. Disappointed!

Die Qualität lässt hier sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe mehrere dieser Backformen, diese sind allerdings in Gold und das Material ist wirklich klasse.. Diese Form hat leider nichts von der üblichen Qualität, die ich von Nordic Ware erwartet habe
