No fingerprint pad nor lighted keyboard
I purchased this product because it went on black Friday sale. The laptop functions well, and I'm happy with the purchase considering what I paid for it. However, at regular price, I would expect there to be a fingerprint pad and a lighted keyboard. Alternatives with similar performance and price has these features.

Do Not Buy , glitchy, not reliable
A bunch of spam software comes with it and the Updates will literally erase all you saved documents! Learned that the hard way. The HP software tried to auto delete my external hard hardrive contents by placing a shortcut in the recycling bin to be deleted if not checked. Super fishy, shady , software, I don't even use it , and I barely bought it , now its just a very expensive paper weight!
