This isn't a milkshake from your local restaurant so don't expect it to be tasting like so. Taste isn't the greatest but definitely isn't the worst. But I'm not using it for taste so it is what it is. I've put on around 8/9lbs since using it over the past couple months (had a period where I stopped using it) if new to this then start off with half the full serving for the first week as going all in with a full one can cause stomach problems (bloating, wind, nausea etc) im taking along side cyclone, at different intervals, obviously, and also only using cyclone every other day. It's not no miracle shake, so don't expect unrealistic results, eating a full breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between then this and hour or so before bed has worked for me. Can't really say if it works for performance as I'm still figuring that out myself.
