Mechanic Work Belts for Men Without Buckle No Scratch Tsa Approved Non-Metal Hypoallergenic Belt 1.5"

As a mechanic I've had Dickies mechanic belt and the red kap one as well, and I got tired of the belts popping off after about 6-8 months of use because of the holes expanding and the retainer would fit loosely. Figured I'd try this style belt and and few months later I've had no complaints so far. Seems like a decent quality and the Velcro hasn't gotten weak as of now. Only complaint I have is the 2 leatherloops that hold the excess belt aren't fixed to the belt so they can fall off if your not paying attention.

So I’ve had and been using this belt for a few months and seen what it’s about. I liked the idea of the adjustability of Velcro but it turned out that it gets snagged on the threads of the belt loops and rips them out and also depending on the fabric of the pants, it will damage it. With jeans it is okay but any type of finger fabric and it starts getting frayed and damaged when removing and putting the belt through the loops. Another point is that if you have a bit of a gut, the rough Velcro sits on the outside facing your skin and will scratch and rub into your belly which made me have to spin it around to my side so my stomach didn’t get scratched constantly. Which kind of defeats the point of getting a belt with no buckle for me, it’s why I wanted one in the first place since I drive a lot. The belt itself is of good quality though, the leather is nice and the Velcro is high quality. It does come with 2 belt loops which kind of serve no purpose since they are not sewn in to the belt itself, they just kind of slide around and don’t make sense so I never used them. And last thing I didn’t think about when purchasing was how annoying it gets when you have to use the bathroom and you have to constantly readjust the belt and the sound it makes when you remove it in a public space. It’s just not quick and easy like a standard belt with holes and a pin. If I hadn’t missed the return window I personally would have returned this belt and gone with the standard mechanics belt.

Seen this on tool box tours. There is no buckle to scratch paint when working on a car. I have owned one for a few months and quite happy with my purchase.

This is a wonderful belt. Easy to adjust even when sitting. Only drawback sometimes the velcro stings

Seems to be good quality. The loops that come on it are annoying an unnecessary. I removed them and it works just fine and still looks fashionable. The loops are the only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars

I need to go to airport, events and federal buildings for my work and other commitments. So this belt is great to reduce one stress factor to go through the security gate.
