Does a great job with my curly dandruff prone hair! My hair is a total paradox. It is curly and quite dry even washing only once a week, but also prone to dandruff. Most dandruff shampoos if I use them regularly, push my scalp into dry scalp mode or else cause rebound greasiness as well as being rather toxic. This does none of those! It’s all natural and quite effective without drying my hair or scalp. The solid form factor that I thought would be a pain has really not been an issue and it lathers great and hasn’t melted or been used up too fast. I do keep it in a self-draining soap dish so it can dry as soon as I’m done with it and I keep it outside the shower, so I’m sure these things help, but the formula is great too. I will say the scent is quite strong. For the first two or three days it made my entire bathroom quite aromatic! But it isn’t unpleasant at all, just herbal and kind of astringent, reminiscent of tea tree oil and/or witch hazel. My hair did not retain this smell at all but I wouldn’t have minded if it did. Even though I wash once with this and the second wash with another formula, it keeps my head pretty flake free and not as itchy as even the major name brands. Great value for the money and highly effective shampoo!

I just received this shampoo bar yesterday and have only used it once, but so far, I'm impressed and very hopeful that it will help my inflamed, irritated scalp. I looked through a lot of different products ingredient list and ultimately chose this one due to it's primary ingredients. Centella/Cica was something I was specifically looking for and this has it, in addition to essential oils known for scal and hair health. The smell is wonderful. Very earthy and herby, but not overpowering. The lather was rich and it rinsed clean. Will update once I have used for a few weeks and can see a difference in my scalp health.

I normally get the itchiest, flakiest, oilest scalp a day and a half after I wash my hair. This is the first shampoo, bar or otherwise, that keeps my scalp from itching and flaking at that point. I still get pretty oily by a day and a half but it's definitely less oily and I think it will improve over time with regular use. I agree with another reviewer that this smells like Comet, but the scent doesn't linger after the thick lather is rinsed out. As someone who can't handle strong scents at times, I really don't mind this one. I'm a big fan!

Smells ok and lathers up well. How effective is it for seb derm? It may help. I use too many products to know which one works.

I was eager to try this product, but upon opening it, I was reminded of my childhood when my mother used Comet cleaning powder to clean the tub and sink. While I wasn't thrilled with the scent, I decided to proceed. I did appreciate the shampoo bar's shape and its ability to lather well. After rinsing, my hair felt clean without being overly dry. However, my hair became excessively oily the following day.

I really like this bar of soap, ut helps to clear up the flare up of dandruff.

A gentle, effective shampoo to completely resolve itchy scalp. My hair is thick, short, and oily; I need a shampoo that is powerful enough to balance my scalp. I do like another Korean brand made with brewers yeast but I don't like plastic bottles. This alternative has worked extremely well since first use. Most shampoo fragrance I find invasive, but this has a specific natural scent I'm drawn to. It doesn't linger afterwards, is gender neutral, and makes for a pleasant aromatic experience. Price is also fair.
