Usha Misty 15-litres 2000-Watt 5 Star Storage Water Heater (Twinkling Grey)

The product is good and easy to install but Usha International has cheated us by failing to provide free installation of our new geyser. Their technician, J Chandram from Keerthi Enterprises, charged us Rs 250.00 in cash for removing the old Usha geyser and installing the new one from Usha. The technician also forced us to buy a new pipe worth Rs 200.00 after destroying the one which we had used for less than a week. Mr. Chandram also refused to give us a receipt for the cash payment of Rs 450.00 untill Mr. Ravi, the supervisor at Keerthi Enterprises, reluctantly instructed him to do so. FREE installation from Usha International, huh?

Product deliver without plug. The service of installation is very poor by usha, the person came to install the product didn't knew how to install he only hang the product on the wall in around three hours. Customer service representative asking to call a plumber to help in installation. While called to customer care again to resolve the matter they are asking for money to resolving. It is very very pathetic. So don't buy the product I am also returning.

No response for installation support from Usha... don't have responsible authorized service provider

It’s been almost a year since I bought this product. It just works fine. Heats up faster, consumed optimum electricity, keeps the water warm for a longer time after the switch off.

Don't purchase usha water heaterTheir service is very very poor.I have purchased water heater on 9-9-2018 till this date product is not installed ,I called usha service centre four times

Missing accessories as specified in product description: "Included in the box: 1 Storage water heater, 1 Installation and mounting kit, 1 Connection pipe".There is no installation, mounting kit and connection pipe included in the box. Wrong information included on the product description page by the seller.@Amazon Team please look into and get the information corrected on the product page by the seller "cloudtail". They are selling by giving wrong information on listed page.

The geyser looks good and also saves the electricity bill. It takes 20 mins to warn the water which is nice also it have 2 led indicator red and green which is nice thingGo for it...only one thing i dislike which is the installation charges is 400rs

Absolutely unreliable USHA. received Receive the geezer on 16th and still pending installation every time I call USHA they say that the installation will be done in two days the technician says he will charge additional money however the installation is supposed to be free.Will return this ASAP
