This product is well worth the price. #Pros: • Smooth body. Nice to touch. • Multiple accessories (blades) included. • All blades are strong and of high quality. • Has many safety features. • Juicer jar is also included. • Non-stick processing bowl. Ready to clean. #Cons: • Safety feature requires you to have the standard mixer covered with the provided cap, if you want to use the processing bowl. Also, the processing bowl needs to be attached to the machine with it's lid on, if you want to use the standard mixer. • Not powerful enough to run both mixer and processor simultaneously, although it can be done if you have light load for it. • Internal breaker trips frequently on heavier operations (e.g.: atta mixing). • The regulator is not good. May snap off. (Mine did after 2 months). All in all it's still the best price to feature wise. I would also like to say that after sales service is seriously good. I live in West Bengal (Kolkata) and my service man (Uttam Santra) came within 2 days (since I complained on Saturday and thus Sunday was not happening and the person also had to go a long way to get the supplies, i.e., Dhulagarh, before coming to my house). The servicing took less than 7 mins. P.S.: I am writing this review right after the service man left. 😉

In this review I shall be as honest and unbiased as possible. The MRP of this product is about 7.5K and I got it for about 4.1K in recent Amazon sell that included further 10% discount on credit card. So in principle I am happy with my purchase. Pros – Variety of attachments, blades, availability of Chutney Jar, 700W power. Fail safe mechanism to minimize (thought it may not always prevent) possible accidents. Limitations – The product does not have a sleek finish. At places it feels like manual drilling or cutting is done. It does not have a nice smooth machine finish. The liquidizer jar cap in my case is too tight as a result it does not rotate to lock in place, but being so tight lock is not required at all. Still a small gap remains at the small beak made on the diameter. So we need to place our hand on it else, the liquid may slightly come out in small drops. Also overall locking of processor jar is not a very smooth and light operation. Sometimes you need to push using both hands to lock it in place. Cons – The user manual is very basic, not explicit and very small. A larger manual with more clear pictures is needed and also appropriate warnings what if a wrong attachment is or bowl is used. E.g. out of the two processor lids, one is only to be used with juicer and nothing else and other one is for all chopping, kneading etc. This processor bowls lids part does not seem to have a better fail-safe mechanism. Conclusion – This product is not worth MRP of 7.5K but for 4.1K that I spent on it, it’s value for money and acceptable quality. In case you need to buy it at MRP, opt for higher quality brand. Improvements and further research – Improvement in locking mechanism of Liquidizer jar is highly recommended. Further there must be some sort of belt between mixer and processor rotors. When you run Mixer the processor blade also rotates. A mechanism can be invented to ensure that when mixer bowl is locked in place, the power will not get transferred to processor jar. This will reduce power consumption and noise. I request Amazon to pass this feedback to Inalsa RnD Team. Attachments can be numbered (specially the rods that fit on to the center rotor, in processing bowl) so that you will not place a wrong attachment anywhere. Overall verdict – Acceptable quality for price upto 4.5K. Those on tight budget can certainly opt for it. If your budget is relaxed, look for higher end brands. Do assess your requirements in advance. Chances are that you may never actually use all attachments. It’s just a feel-good factor that you have a modern food processor.

As exciting as the company claims the product to be..... It is one of the most cumbersome products to use and worst quality. It is a single motor for the mixer and food processor unit..... Which means both are simultaneously running at all times when you switch on. Moreover, attachment of the food processor needs to be in place even for moxie alone to function. Within a month if usage, mixer part has stopped functioning. Juicer jar cracked right the second time we used and centrifugal juicer has almost split in the first use itself. It took more than a week for an executive to get assigned for home demo after product was purchased. Overall has been worst experience. My previous mixer is more than 12 years old and till date functions with no issue whatsoever.

After trying this food processor for couple of days now i feel its a decent appliance which sorts our most of your kitchen time taking jobs. PROS It works decently well chopping dough making all at ease. Well a powerful machine than 700 watt could me more handy in dough making but this machine has sufficiently packed power inside. Blending juicing everything works fine. Relatively cheap from all other products with the number of features included Safety features are good Cons A little noisy A very good option for family of 2-3 members

It's a good product. If you are looking for a dependable and value for money food processor then I would suggest to go for this product. Also the Inalsa customer care service is very good. The product is simple yet it comes with a variety of features like different chopping blades,juicer,citrus juicer etc. So if you are thinking of buying something that is low cost and durable then go for this product!

2023 - UPDATE The machine is still working flawlessly after 6 years. The grinder blade broke, the rubber seals on mixer jar covers have started corroding and no quality spares are available. Disappointed. Would have easily used the machine for a few more years by replacing just the 3 mixer jars, if these were available easily. No authorised dealers in Hyderabad. Donating it to our maid now as the machine is fully functional. Replacing it with Atombers mixer. Already have a Kuvings juicer. 2017 - The product is good and delivers what it promises. Have had an Inalsa at my home for 20 years ago, and that one lasted a good 10 years. If you compare to that, no doubt the quality is not the same. The plastics are not as premium, the motor is not that quiet anymore. But they have worked on the obvious issues that plagued the old models. The citrus juicer now comes with a gear mechanism which reduces the speed of the blade, compared to the motor, and this is a welcome move. The old one made the whole hand vibrate. They have improved the fitting of the other juicer blade. The plug is only 2 pin, would have loved a 3 pin wire with earthing. Overall, happy with the product. Giving 4 stars only because I still remember the quality, fit and finish at which Inalsa started 20 years ago.

I bought this device and using it since 3months. Suddenly, mixer part stopped working. After calling technician I found that some body part from jar locking side got broken while using it and then it stopped working. Becuase of the safety feature, your lock should be perfect before using the device. Due to this, whole device is not working and technician said that whole outer body need to be replaced. I am not sure will that be cover under warranty or not. I have to wait for 2 days. Second image is about the food processors body. It is working perfectly, but you will get problem again suppose this 1cm locking part is broken then your machin will not be locked properly and will not be able to use the whole food processor. Other than this locking issue, the device is superb 👌.
