Do we have to buy it again** A: yes...it is use and throw product. no maintenence **Q: How it works can u explain?** A: Calcium is the primary source of Hardness. It works a little different from traditional Softener wherein calcium is removed using filteration process. Here, we do not remove the calcium, but make it inert. Calcium has a tendency of being sticky and sticks to taps, tiles, utensils, showers, hair, etc. We remove it's sticky nature using a unique science. The media used to remove this is also a food grade media. **Q: I have a 300lits tank is it suitable for that , i am confused as you have mentioned that it onky works in 1500 lits** A: Of course. I put it in 1000 lit tank n it works just fine. Lesser the tank capacity i think it will last longer. As it work on a principle of reacting dissolved minerals in hard water. Lesser the water and minerals it will last longer. **Q: please give me information about its working and its life time?** A: For me it didn't even work for few days. White powder is coming out of the product.
