Before anyone writes a review especially for workout supplements, I think it is important they mention their sex, age, size, workout routine, because then it makes it a more helpful review for people to relate to, and also something that works for one person might not work for the other, as we all have different systems, lifestyles, reactions, etc. So my age if 36, i started working out in June 2015, been two months now. Due to restricted budget I went in for Muscleblaze, if not I would go in for ON or the other world renowned known and tested brands. And thats what Muscletech is targetting, the Indian audience which cant afford the international brands due to heavy import duties. I started with a alternating combination of Muscletechs 3 products. Whey Active, Mass Gainer XXL and Mass Gainer Pro. I am 5 f 8 and weighed 65 kgs in June 2015. After regularly going to the gym for 2 months and using these 3 products my weight is now 70-71 kg. Through regular workout I am cutting fat and gaining muscle. My goal at this stage is to get to 80 kgs by end of 2015. I intend to continue with Whey Active, and Mass Gainer Pro (because among other things it has creatine - which pumps you to push more weights, which helps in gaining muscles). It is important to mention that I am an active nicotine addict, and that will mean I will take much longer to grow compared to someone who does not have nicotine or alcohol. So if you have either or both of those addictions, then its best to get rid of them somehow to help achieving ure goals. I am trying to get rid of nictotine, and thats one of the reasons I have joined the gym, so hopefully someday I will overcome it. My advise for any beginner, first set a goal of going to the Gym for 5 years regularly.The results will follow. Dont set short term goals of going to the gym for 3 months and then stop going if you dont see results. Any bodybuilder or guy with good physique has not got it in 1 year, it takes at least 5 years to get a good physique, and then you gotta keep working hard to maintain and grow from there. So it is a serious sport and needs a lot of investment in time and money, and sacrifices. I salute people who have a good physique because I can see what it takes to get there and stay there. But it is something that is soo important, because when you see yourself in the mirror, you should be Happy about what you see, and you feel good when people praise your physique. SO ITS WORTH IT. For people who cannot afford buying supplements, dont worry, working out and eating whole foods will also get you there. These are "supplements" which mean in addition to Whole Foods, so you cannot ignore "Whole Foods". Workout + Healthy Diet + Sleep = Good Physique

I had previously rated this 5 stars. This is an excellent product that has helped me a lot over the years. I dropped my rating to 1 star as a result of a recent experience. The last time I ordered this, it was sitting in the fulfillment center for 2 days with no indication of when it would ship. I cancelled the order and immediately contacted a trusted local reseller. I know this person's products to be authentic and he is trusted even by trainers in my gym. I tried the authentic product and there was a HUGE difference: Mixes very well Tastes really good I made significant gains with it. I regained the weight I had lost due to illness, very quickly. I noticed a re-gain of 1.5kg in 10-12 days. No problems with bloating or gas The product purchased through Amazon however, did NOT give me much gains. Maybe less than half the amount. Also, it tasted watered down or diluted in comparison with the rich taste of the authentic product. The product purchased here also did not mix very well. All in all, this is a great product! I was a bit scared prior to ordering because of reading few reviews which told it was a fake product. But I still ordered it from authorized distributor and got 100% genuine product. Which i verified from official website using the code on lid. I am writing this review not after the delivery but after i used it personally for a month. It tastes good with milk, not as much with water. Initially I didn't see any change in myself. But in reality it takes time to gain mass. After using for over a month I have put on quite good mass. It's very difficult for a skinny guy like me to put on mass and it never happened in my past no matter how hard i try. But this product really helped me.
